We are looking for a role of Visual Merchandiser for one of the most important design brand.
In allignement with marketing/ retail department the candidate will be responsible to:
defining, designing and implementing a creative visual merchandising strategy for all WW retail stores
Creating appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store
Converting window shoppers into prospects, driving brand – sales objectives – maximize profitability.

Come up with, revise and present design ideas with retail manager and mkd dpt.
Act in alignment to the organizations culture, products, image and target market
Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes
Liaise with suppliers and source elements
Visit stores on a regular basis to implement visual strategies
Train and coach in-store VM specialist into all WW retail stores
Proven work experience as a visual merchandiser in design sector with strong passion for
art, design, fashion, and interior decoration.
Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilisation
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools, Microsoft office suite
Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices
Proficiency in MS Office
Creative and innovative thinker
Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results
Flexible and dynamic available to work outside retail hours, which may include, evening, weekends, and/or hank holidays.
Act as a brand ambassador reflective of the company values, heritage and aesthetic
